The Indigo Blue bandhej hand tie-dyed ghaghra is made in mul chanderi silk, featuring 14-15 metres of ghera and 80 kalis (panels), finished with premium hand beaten laffa on the hem and charkhi gota detailing across the ghera.

This textile reflects natural variations with yarn, color, weave and embroidery.

Craft Note

Crafted in indigo-blue Bandhej, this ghaghra carries the traditional bandhej pattern created through the age-old art of tying and dyeing.

Known for its grand flare and movement, the 80 Kali Ghaghra has remained a favourite across generations. Each piece is made panel by panel and finished with hand-prepared laffa crafted by local artisans. Made in small batches, our ghaghras celebrate the beauty of traditional handwork and the people who continue to keep these skills alive.

Please note that the size chart is intended as a general guide only. All Aangiwali pieces are made to order based on your body measurements for the best fit.

For the most accurate fit, we recommend taking your measurements without a padded bra, as our angies are crafted without built-in cups. Angi length and sleeve length are standard and are intentionally designed to be shorter than a regular blouse as part of the traditional silhouette.

The standard ghaghra length is 42 inches, while the standard odhani length is 2.5 metres. Custom lengths are available on request.
